A: reconciliation requires us to perform the sacrament of penance and when we take reconciliation we are getting cleansed and free from our sins. Also the word absolution comes from the Roman Catholic Church and only ordained people can offer this because they are like a priest and like a disciple to Jesus and they care for everyone. You can also be a woman and get ordained because only ordained people can offer this sacrament.
reconciliation is all about the truth your sins talking to the priest will be hard but it will be worth it to get your sins removed by the priest don't try to lie about or hide your sins after when you talking with the priest tell your sins away and telling the truth is better then lying to the priest then the bless you.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is the normative means by which a Christian avails themselves of the mercy and grace of God for the forgiveness of sins. The two effects of confession are the sacramental forgiveness of sin through the redemption of Jesus Christ, and an increase in grace that helps renew a Christian’s soul and increase their ability to resist temptation. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is the peace of mind and soul which this sacrament imparts to us is one for which there is no substitute. It is a peace that flows from a certainty, rather than from an unsure hope, that our sins have been forgiven and that we are right with God.
The Sacrament of Penance is such a gift! It can be very hard to do. It can be intimidating, embarrassing. But once absolution is given, you will walk out of that confessional feeling like a trillion bucks. Christ, in His most Holy Wisdom, gave us this precious Sacrament to literally and truly bestow His grace upon us through His priests as a means of forgiving us and assuring us of His mercy and love for us.
For an honest, true and valid confession a penitent (who is a person who repents his sins and seeks forgiveness for them) needs to confess their sins, and acknowledge what they have done wrong to a priest and wanting to turn back to God. And after they say a prayer of contrition (sincere remorse for wrongdoing; repentance) to show acknowledge of their sins the priest then absolves (to pronounce clear of guilt or blame) them from their sins. After this is completed the priest then gives the penitent penance, which is a prayer or prayers that they have to say in order for their sins to be forgiven.
An absolution is the act of absolving (forgiveness) of sins pronounced by a priest (as in the sacrament of reconciliation). And only ordained people offer this because they’re there as both intermediary of Gods grace and as a representative of the people of God.
the sacrament of reconciliation is act where you releve your body from all sin and evil through jesus you ask for forgiveness, but once the absoultion is done that is the only time your healed.

First of all to have an honest, true valid confession is to tell all of the bad sins that we have done in life, so the priest can free all of the bad sins away from us. An absolution means a remission of sin or of the punishment for sin, made by a priest in the sacrament of penance of authority received from Christ. Ordained people can only do an absolution because they are basically like a priest and take care of everyone who is in need.
The rite of reconciliation consists of several steps: The priest welcomes you and both of you make the sign of the cross. You tell the priest something about yourself, especially if you are not known to the priest - whether you are married or single, the times since your last reconciliation, whatever will help the priest to guide you.
What is required in the Sacrament of Reconciliation is that you are suppose to tell the absolute truth about the sins that you have committed and to be forth bringing into believing that you have actually done these things and you have admitted to them to the father or priest. if you tell the truth into telling the father or the priest of what you have done and admitting that you have done these things you are in the right hands of being blessed, being forgive by the Lord and that you learn from your mistake and move on gracefully. Absolution means formal release from guilt, obligation and punishment. I think that only ordained people can offer or do this is that they are the closes thing to God of doing his good work, spreading God's work and teachings.
